§ 1. General Provisions
The service provider of the v5v platform is [Company name], registered at [address, Poland], tax ID (NIP): [NIP], registration: [KRS / CEIDG number] (hereinafter: "Service Provider"). v5v services are intended exclusively for businesses (B2B) — fulfillment operators and related entities. These Terms govern the use of the v5v SaaS platform available at v5v.pl.
§ 2. Acceptance of Terms
Using the v5v platform does not require signing a separate contract. The agreement is concluded at the moment the chosen Plan is paid for — completing payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. Before paying, the Subscriber may review the full Terms at v5v.pl/en/terms. If the Subscriber does not accept the Terms, they should not make a payment or use the platform.
§ 3. Plans and Pricing
The Service Provider offers the following subscription Plans: Starter (800 PLN/mo), Growth (1,800 PLN/mo), Pro (3,800 PLN/mo), and Scale (from 6,000 PLN/mo). Annual upfront payment qualifies for a 15% discount. Current prices and the detailed feature scope of each Plan are published at v5v.pl/cennik. All prices are in PLN, stated as net amounts; 23% Polish VAT is added. The Service Provider reserves the right to change pricing in accordance with § 10.
§ 4. Payments and VAT Invoices
Subscriptions are payable monthly or annually in advance. A VAT invoice is issued and sent to the Subscriber's email address within 7 days of payment confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. In case of non-payment, the Service Provider may suspend access 7 days after the due date and terminate the agreement 30 days after the due date.
§ 5. Onboarding
Each new Account is launched after a one-time Onboarding service (fee separate from the subscription, amount listed on the Pricing page). Onboarding is delivered within 3–7 business days of payment confirmation and includes: account configuration, Base integration, initial data import, and an online training session. Delays caused by the Subscriber in providing required data do not suspend subscription billing.
§ 6. Service Provider Obligations
The Service Provider commits to providing the service with due care and maintaining platform availability of 99.5% monthly for Starter and Growth Plans and 99.9% monthly for Pro and Scale Plans (excluding planned maintenance windows announced with at least 24 hours' notice). Daily data backups are performed. Technical support is provided according to Plan: Starter — email 48h, Growth — email + chat 24h, Pro — priority email + phone 4h, Scale — dedicated CSM 1h.
§ 7. Subscriber Obligations
The Subscriber agrees to make timely payments, use the platform in accordance with these Terms and applicable law, protect access credentials (login, password, API tokens), and immediately notify the Service Provider of any security incidents. Sharing Account access with unauthorized persons, scraping infrastructure, and attempting unauthorized access to the Service Provider's systems are prohibited. The Subscriber is responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the system.
§ 8. Complaints
Complaints about the Service must be submitted within 14 days of the event giving rise to the complaint to hello@v5v.pl, including a description of the issue, date of occurrence, and account details. The Service Provider will respond within 30 days. An accepted complaint due to downtime entitles the Subscriber to a proportional extension of the subscription period.
§ 9. Cancellation
Either party may terminate the agreement with one month's notice, effective at the end of the billing period. Exception — free cancellation in the first month: if the Subscriber cancels within 14 days of Account activation (after Onboarding), they receive a refund of the current month's subscription fee. The Onboarding fee is non-refundable. Notices of cancellation should be sent to hello@v5v.pl. After termination, the Service Provider will provide a data export (CSV/JSON) within 14 days; after that, data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
§ 10. Final Provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code. All disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered seat. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms — the Subscriber will be notified by email or in-app notice with at least 30 days' advance notice. Failure to terminate before the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. The invalidity of any provision does not affect the remaining provisions. These Terms enter into force on 2026-04-26.
